Relevant Knowledge
Cleaning method of air filter
1. First, loosen the elastic snap ② on the sealing end cover ① of the air filter, take down the end cover ③, remove the internal dust and Wipe clean.
2. Then draw out the main filter element, blow with compressed air from the inside to the outside, and then wipe the rubber pads at both ends. Pay attention to compressed air. The air shall not exceed O.5MPa, and excessive pressure will blow the paper filter element.
3. After cleaning, carefully check whether the filter paper is damaged and whether the end sealant is cracked, the filter element must be replaced with a new one.
4. After the above inspection and confirmation, press the filter element into the housing according to the correct position, cover the sealing end cap and press the elastic snap around.
5. Finally, check whether the air inlet pipe seal is intact, especially whether the hose adapter clamp is loose. Whether the pipe wall has wear, and prevent air short circuit from entering the engine.
Clean the dust bag
When used in winter and under dusty conditions, the dust collection bag ④ should be emptied and cleaned every day. Falling off and damage of dust collecting bag
Poor sealing performance and poor filtering effect will cause early wear of engine and supercharger.
