Working principle and operation of lifting bridge:
The operating medium of the lifting bridge is high-pressure oil, which controls the hydraulic cylinder through the hydraulic valve.

Lifting operation:

When the vehicle is stationary and the engine is idling, open the protection unit of the hydraulic control valve, lift the handle to the lifting position, the hydraulic oil enters the lower chamber of the working cylinder through the high-pressure oil pipe, and the piston rod is pushed out

The push arm 4 of the working cylinder rotates on the rotating shaft 2. When the stroke is reached, the roller 5 on the push arm presses the top of the equalizer arm 11. If the working cylinder continues to extend, the load of the driven axle decreases, and the rear suspension

The leaf spring of the frame will deform; When the load is reduced to 0, the leaf spring stops deforming, the hydraulic cylinder 8 continues to extend, the balance arm 11 turns over the balance shaft, and the driven axle rises. When the leaf spring stops deforming

After that, the vehicle frame starts to rise; When the lifting bridge reaches the limit position, release the operating handle, and the handle will automatically return to the middle position.
