The hand control valve is the key device of parking, parking brake and exhaust brake in the process of vehicle service brake.
The parking brake of the vehicle is completely released and the vehicle is in running state; When the handle is in the locking position, the train is in full braking state; When the handle is in the check position, the parking brake of the tractor is in the braking state, but the trailer is in the fully released braking state.
When the handle moves, the handle cam pushes the large piston downward, presses the balance spring, pushes the piston downward, closes the exhaust valve, fully opens the inlet valve of the additional valve, and the compressed air in the cavity enters into the cavity, and then divides into two ways. One way enters the spring brake chamber through the mouth to release the parking brake of the tractor; Enter the trailer brake valve through the port to release the trailer parking brake. When the handle is within the range, the parking brake of the car is fully released.
2.Function of manual control valve
Engine braking is exhaust braking. For heavy vehicles, braking mainly includes service braking; Parking, parking brake, exhaust brake. The service brake is realized through the dual-chamber brake master valve, the parking brake and parking brake are realized through the manual control valve, and the exhaust brake is realized through the exhaust brake butterfly valve. The exhaust brake butterfly valve is installed behind the exhaust hose of the engine. When the push button valve is operated, the air pressure passes through the working cylinder of the exhaust brake butterfly valve to make the air piston in the working cylinder act, thus driving the push rod to turn the butterfly valve disc 90 degrees, closing the exhaust hose, making the engine exhaust blocked. When the engine exhaust is blocked, the piston in the engine cylinder can not travel normally, and it must resist this resistance, In this way, under the effect of air resistance, the action of the engine piston will be reduced. Because of the traction force, the vehicle speed will slow down.
3.Common faults of auto manual control valve
3-1 When the handle moves, the large piston, balance spring and balance piston move upward, the exhaust valve opens and the inlet valve closes; The inlet valve of the additional valve is closed. The output air pressure P, I “22 decreases linearly to zero as the handle angle increases.
3-2 When the handle is from 730 to 820, the air inlet valve 6 of the additional valve is opened, and the braking effect of the trailer is released
3-3Check whether the vehicle can park on the ramp only under the parking brake of the tractor. When the handle is released, the handle automatically returns to the parking brake locking position.
3-4 The damaged parts can be inspected and replaced through the lower body and the middle body.
3-4 If there are sundries inside the manual control valve, the O-ring is damaged, the piston is worn, the inner cavity or some part is jammed or jammed, the normal braking effect cannot be produced.
3-5Troubleshooting:
1.(1) Remove the bolts of the lower end cover of the manual control valve, take out the piston in the inner chamber, check, clean and make a reasonable assembly.
2.(2) The designated use limit of the manual control valve is about 50000 km. It should be disassembled for “comprehensive inspection” and equipped with a special repair kit to provide convenient conditions for maintenance
4. Function of manual control valve
The manual control valve is connected to the shift knob in the cab. The movement of the spool valve in the valve body is controlled manually to control the conversion of hydraulic oil. The main oil pressure is supplied to the manual control valve, and the pressure oil of the main oil circuit is supplied to the corresponding oil circuit under different working conditions through the movement of the slide valve
5. Manual valve interface
The control part of the lifting valve for bag dust removal is composed of air cylinder, electromagnetic reversing valve, valve plate and lifting rod.
When the switch limit is required, the detection switch can be added, and the magnetic switch on the cylinder can also be used for limit detection. The general bypass valve has travel detection.
On the electric control, only one control action line is used to control the solenoid reversing valve. The number of lines is determined according to the selected reversing valve.
matters needing attention:
In some places, due to the temperature limit, the poppet valve can also choose electric valve instead of air cylinder. Most poppet valves are controlled by air cylinder.
