Generally speaking, the average lifespan of brake pads is around 35000 kilometers.

1. There is knowledge in cooling the engine
The engine runs at high temperatures, and once climbing a hill, the water temperature quickly rises. At this point, many cardholders are accustomed to pouring cold water directly onto the engine to cool down, which is not appropriate. Because the car engine only works normally when the temperature is at 90 ℃, and as the fuel burns, the engine temperature continues to rise. If water is used for cooling, it is easy for the water to start and the engine cannot continue to work. The correct cooling posture is to use coolant, as its high boiling point ensures the normal operation of the engine. However, when the engine is running out of water and there is no coolant around, pure water can be used for emergency response.
2. Preventing Tire Blowout
The standard tire pressure for tires is about 2.2~2.6 bar. In summer, when the temperature is high, the temperature of truck tires increases. Excessive tire pressure can easily increase tire wear and may also cause a tire blowout, while too low pressure can increase fuel consumption and the feeling of vehicle bumps. In order to cool the tires, some people spray water on high-temperature tires to cool them down. This method can easily cause cracks in the tires and shorten their service life. The correct method is to check the tire pressure at any time while driving. If the tire is found to be overheated or too high, the car should be parked in a cool place to cool down. Cold water should not be splashed, and air should not be deflated, otherwise it may cause a tire blowout and early tire damage during the journey.
3. Other maintenance details that need to be noted
Summer is rainy, and rainwater has a strong corrosive effect on car paint. It is best to give your car a paint beauty after the rain. At the same time, on rainy days, cars may experience leakage due to the damp ignition system. At this time, first use a dry tissue or cloth to wipe the inside and outside of the power distribution panel, as well as the wires, and then spray desiccant on the cover of the power distribution panel, battery connectors, spark plugs, high-voltage wires, and ignition coils.
