Use method and precautions of car lift:

5、 After the vehicle is lifted and driven in, adjust and move the lift support block to align with the specified lifting point of the vehicle.
6、 When lifting, the personnel should leave the vehicle. When lifting to the required height, the safety lock pin must be inserted and ensure safety and reliability before starting the underbody operation.
7、 Except for the minimum maintenance and minor repair items, other cumbersome and heavy operations shall not be operated and repaired on the hoist.
8、 The lifter shall not rise and fall frequently.
9、 Lift the vehicle stably and lower it slowly.

12、 After the operation, the sundries shall be removed and the area around the lift shall be cleaned to keep the site clean.
13、 Regularly (half a year) drain the accumulated water in the lift cylinder and check the oil quantity. If the oil quantity is insufficient, fill the pressure oil of the same brand in time. At the same time, check the lubrication, hoist transmission gear and seam. The purpose of the car lift can be divided into four wheel positioning type and flat type according to its function; According to the space occupied, it can be divided into aboveground type and underground type; The above-ground type does not need to be excavated, and is suitable for any repair shop. Some floors are not suitable for installing two-pillar lifts and ordinary four-pillar lifts. However, this machine has a wide contact area with the floor, so it can be installed on any floor that can be driven to solve customer site problems. The biggest advantage of the scissor lift is that it does not occupy space and is convenient to use compared with the two-pillar and four-pillar lifts.
