1、 Engine: oil level and pressure

The vehicle needs to be parked on a flat road surface to ensure that the maximum oil level can be read. Open the front hood of the vehicle and find the oil dipstick next to the engine. Pull it out. For the first time, wipe the oil on the dipstick with a tissue, completely insert the dipstick back into the oil sleeve, and pull it out to check the oil level. There are two marks below the dipstick. Normally, the oil level should be maintained between two points to prevent deviation. This process should be repeated 2-3 times.

(Some models have an oil dipstick on the engine side)

When the oil level is insufficient, add engine oil as needed, and the added engine oil must be consistent with the model and quality of the engine oil inside the engine body.

Excessive oil should be eliminated to avoid excessive oil pressure and burden on the oil pump, engine, etc.

Engine oil change mileage (classified by service）

Long distance transport vehicle: 100000 kilometers or 12 months under high-speed conditions; Urban driving conditions of 80000 kilometers or 12 months; 60000 kilometers or 6 months for Class I heavy load conditions; 40000 kilometers or 6 months for Class II heavy load conditions; The first to arrive refers to municipal vehicles, urban construction vehicles, transport type dump trucks, and mixer trucks: 40000 kilometers or 10 months (30000 kilometers or 8 months under harsh conditions), whichever comes first. Mining site vehicles: 20000 kilometers or 4 months or 1000 hours, whichever comes first. Engines used for lifting purposes: 1200 hours or 12 months, whichever comes first

Note: When changing the oil, replace the oil filter element together.

2. The selection of engine oil brand can be based on the engine brand, and the engine oil from the original manufacturer can be directly selected.

If the engine oil is not replaced for a long time, it will increase the viscosity of the oil, lose its lubrication effect, and cause internal parts of the engine to wear, resulting in engine misfire, increased fuel consumption, insufficient power, cylinder pulling and sliding, and other engine failures. In severe cases, only the assembly can be replaced.

2、 Cooling system: coolant level height

In the current hot weather, the inspection of the coolant should be more frequent, and the liquid level should be checked when the engine is at normal operating temperature. When checking, it is not necessary to open the radiator. Observe the liquid level in the cooling expansion tank, and the normal liquid level should be between the MAX and MIN markings. When the liquid level is below MIN, coolant should be added in a timely manner.

The amount of coolant to be added is determined based on the engine model, and a designated antifreeze is selected. The filling amount of different water tanks is different, and the liquid level of the expansion tank after filling is between the upper and lower scribed lines.

The coolant cycle is 40000 kilometers or 2 years, whichever comes first

Conditions that require maintenance

① Tubidity or impurities may appear in the coolant, which may cause corrosion inside the water tank or result in the entry of impurities due to poor sealing.

② Adding coolant multiple times in a short period of time requires checking the cooling system for leaks.

3、 Braking system:

The test function is normal and effective, and check if the brake circuit is damaged or bent.

Check if the air pump is working properly.

Check if the value of the dashboard air pressure gauge is normal.

Test whether the braking is sensitive and effective during driving.

Whether the trailer and parking ABS are normal, and whether the trailer air circuit is unobstructed.
