In addition to improper clearance, pay attention to the following points:
A. The pressure between the clutch plate and the driven wheel as well as between the inner and outer pressure plates is not enough, so that the clutch plate is not pressed tightly, causing slippage. If the gap is not adjusted properly, check whether the surfaces of the intermediate pressure plate and the push plate are flat and damaged. Generally, their contact surfaces should reach more than 80%, so that the two clutch plates can contact normally, and no slippage will occur during operation. Otherwise, you must consider replacing the middle pressure plate or the push plate and other parts, Avoid burning of clutch plate and deformation and damage of other parts.
B. Improper assembly may also cause the contact surface between the clutch plate and other parts to be less than 80%. At this time, the clutch plate will also be worn or broken. Therefore, it is required to carefully check the flatness of all parts during assembly, and observe whether they are concentric during test run, so as to avoid abrasion of intermediate pressure plate and internal gear ring.
C. If the clutch plate is found to be seriously worn, cracked, scorched, or broken during operation, it must not be operated with faults. Instead, it should be stopped in time to check each component to see if it needs to be replaced and repaired.
D. Pay attention to the quality of the clutch plate when purchasing it. The surface shall be free of deformation, warping and poor tightness clutch plates, which will not only cause the clutch to slip, cause production stoppage, but also damage other parts.
E. When the internal gear ring of the clutch is seriously damaged, the force acting on the clutch plate is inconsistent, the clutch plate is loosened tightly, and the offset angle is too large, which makes the clutch plate not well connected and affects the normal operation of the clutch plate. It is easy to slip and burn the clutch plate and other components. At this time, the internal gear ring should be replaced in a timely manner.
F. The mud is too dry or too much, and there are hard objects stuck in the brick machine, which causes the load of the clutch of the brick machine to increase, causing the clutch plate to be worn or broken. Therefore, the dry and humidity of the mud must be well controlled in the production process.
G. The clutch plate shall not be stained with grease, sludge, etc. When assembling the clutch plate, be sure to check and remove these impurities, otherwise the clutch will slip and affect the working efficiency.
