The hand brake valve is divided into two parts: the operating handle and the brake valve body. The control handle of the hand valve can automatically return to the driving position between the driving position and the parking position, and can be locked when the handle is in the parking position. With the different moving positions of the control handle, the hand valve has three working positions:

Fault judgment
When the manual valve handle is in the driving position, the brake cannot be released or the brake is released too slowly; Detection method: Disassemble the air outlet pipeline of the manual valve, and connect the air pressure gauge in the detection tool to it.
Move the manual valve handle to the drive position and check the air pressure gauge reading.
Judgment method: The reading of the air pressure gauge for the corresponding cargo and dump truck should be 0.6MPa
Treatment method: If the reading of the air pressure gauge of the cargo or dump truck is less than 0.6MPa, the manual valve assembly should be replaced, otherwise, please check the relevant pipeline, quick release valve, brake air chamber and other components.
The parking brake cannot be realized when the manual valve handle is in the parking position;
Detection method: Disassemble the air outlet pipeline of the manual valve, connect the pressure gauge of the gas in the detection tool to it, turn the handle of the manual valve to the parking position, and observe the gas reading of the pressure gauge.
Judgment method: check whether the barometer reading is zero;
Treatment method: If the reading of the air pressure gauge is greater than zero, the manual valve assembly should be replaced, otherwise the manual valve is not allowed to be replaced.
Air leakage from the exhaust port;
Detection method: Disassemble the air outlet pipeline of the manual valve, connect the air pressure gauge in the inspection tool to it, and observe the reading of the air pressure gauge.
Judgment method: Whether the pressure drop value exceeds 100kPa within 5 minutes.
Treatment method: If the pressure drop value is greater than 100kPa within 5 minutes, the exhaust port is leaking, and the manual valve should be replaced, otherwise replacement is not allowed.
