So turn off the air conditioning before returning from high speed running, idle for three minutes, reduce the speed and temperature of the turbocharger to normal temperature, and then turn off the engine. Also, go outside the front of the car to see if the electronic fan is running. If it is not running, it indicates that the temperature is normal.

Also, it is very important that a turbo car should not idle in place for a long time. Generally, it should be kept at less than 10 minutes. If there is a severe traffic jam on the road, slowly apply the throttle every five minutes when shifting to neutral to allow more oil to be supplied to the turbine for lubrication. Otherwise, the turbocharger will also have poor lubrication, poor heat dissipation, and increased wear. Over time, because you do not fill the throttle, the flow pressure of the oil is low, Insufficient oil supply to the turbine is also not feasible, which can accelerate wear and damage.

3. Be careful when selecting oil

Based on the fact that the engine must withstand various pressures of turbocharging, the blood of the engine, that is, engine oil, must have good wear resistance, high temperature resistance, shear resistance, and explosion resistance. Establish a lubricating oil module to improve the strength and stability of the oil film.

"We must choose genuine engine oil, preferably synthetic or fully synthetic, and must adhere to the viscosity specified by the manufacturer. The engine oil must be better, and it is best to replace it in advance, without delaying the replacement.".

6. Turbochargers should always be checked for abnormal noises or unusual vibrations, and for leaks in the lubricating oil pipes and joints.

7 Check the operation of the turbocharger
